I bought this car with 20,000 miles on it but it had NEVER had the oil changed! It made bottom end noise and smoked. I purchased it for 600 dollars with the hopes of making it last for 6 months while I saved for a new truck. I immediately put high quality synthetic fluids along with Lucas oil stabilizer, transmission fix and Lucas Differential oil in it. As a mechanic of Pepsi Cola of Corbin, KY. My Ranger has 93,000 miles on it.. Even tho I was having absolutely no issues with it other than my check engine light would come on periodically depending on which type of gas I used. I added your stabilizer and guess what ?? Check engine light went out and stayed out. The other positives were an increase in oil pressure, slightly lower engine temp. and a much quieter engine. I own a 2001 Olds Intrigue which currently has 118,000 miles on it. I purchased it in 2003 with 25,000 miles on it, no problems. Obviously, this car has been DRIVEN. Michigan's climate is known for excessive wear on engines and with the car being driven to Florida and back 5 times, I can say the engine is broken in. A friend reccommended your fuel treatment when I was having injector issues and in just two tanks of gas, the hesitation stopped. I then started to use 1 qt of the oil stabilizer in every oil change. Being the car takes 6.5 qts of oil, someitmes I use 30/70 Lucas/Oil and I must say that your product is amazing! The car starts on the first try cold or warm, does not burn ANY oil and still feels like it has all 215 horses. When I put synthetic oil in, usualy every 3rd or 4th oil change, I use the synthetic stabilizer- even though the 3.5 is known for "using" oil, I still have a full crankcase at every oil change. I will put your products in every vehicle I will own in the future.

I would always see the Lucas products on the counter at the local auto parts stores. For years i'd play with the little display. Just the other day i decided to use the Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer in my old 85. The car used to run really rough. My engine, 4.9 MPI, started making a rattling-like diesel noise when you first start it up in the mornings or after it sat a while. It would disappear after a few seconds. I added Lucas Oil Stabilizer to it and it stopped making the noise. I was told the bearings were getting some clearance and the lucas sticks to them till oil pressure builds. I've used your power steering treatment before, and it worked great. My Mercedes started having a nasty valve clatter at start-up (even in warm temperatures) that lasted a good three minutes before it went away. I figured that I had a good experience with your product before, so I'd try the Oil stabilizer- I drained 2 quarts of oil (car holds 8.5 quarts) and added 2 quarts of Lucas Oil Stabilizer. Within 2 weeks and 350 miles, the valve clatter is completely gone. Even at temperatures down to 18 degrees. I couldn't be happier with this product. From now on, I'll be using 20% Lucas with all my oil changes. THANKS!
