Lucas Engine Oil Stop Leak “Just Works” for Avalanche’s Start Up Problems

I have a 2004 Avalanche with 170k miles. After longish trips (100+miles) the next start up would bring a cloud of smoke. I added the Engine Oil Leak Stop and it worked almost immediately. Also, compression is noticeably higher and the engine runs much smoother. It just works.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Lucas Oil leak product. My daughters 2004 Honda Civic developed an oil leak. We were told it was a head gasket with a repair cost of $1200! A friend recommended the Lucas product so what did we have to loose. After getting an oil change and having them put 1qt of the Lucas product in (Follow directions on the bottle) we waited to see if this would solve the problem. After about driving the car for about 200 miles the leak disappeared no more oil spots on the driveway! The engine is running smoothly and no more leak. Thank you Lucas Oil!!!

I am a salesman who puts a lot of miles, a mixture of highway and city stop and go, on vehicles. I currently own a 2005 Toyota Camry with 205,000 miles on it's 4 cylinder engine. About two months ago I started noticing a puff of smoke on the first start up of the day. It kept getting progressively worse, so I spoke to a mechanic who told me the valve seals were shot. Cost of repairing the seals wouldn't be that much more than replacing the engine with a used one. The engine was not leaking oil on the garage floor and it runs really well, so I started looking for an alternative. On the advice of another mechanic I picked up an additive from a well known company. It didn't come close to slowing down what had become a pretty significant cloud. I didn't want to spend $3500 on a car with that amount of miles and decided to give it one more shot, I've used a variety of Lucas products and have always been pleased with the results. Changed the oil using one of the best synthetic oils you can buy and substituted a quart of Engine Oil Stop Leak. On the bottle you state "It Works" and I am living proof that it does exactly that. On the very first start up the next morning NO SMOKE! Not only that, but the engine runs smoother and much quieter. Thanks for making such a GREAT product! It sure saved me a lot of cash!

My Daughter has a 2008 Acura with 108,000 miles, it started shifting a little bit hard, after putting in the 20 oz bottle of conditioner, I could almost instantly feel the difference and how smooth it was, and my Daughter was very happy to have her baby running smooth again!

I have a 2003 Honda Odyssey with 270,000 miles which started to slip when warm shifting 1-2 and 2-3 and had delayed engagement in reverse and drive. This started happening about 30,000 miles after I changed about 1/2 of the trans fluid (4 qts) and the filter with the official Honda stuff. (DW-1 fluid). The fluid I drained out was not horrible but showed use. To remedy this I changed the trans filter again and replaced the four shift solenoids at the recommendation of some experienced advice. The operation was good until the trans got warm. Then it started to slip when shifting and showed the delayed engagement again into reverse and drive. I contacted Lucas chat advice and they recommended the Automatic Transmission Fluid Conditioner. It has been shifting very nicely for the last 600 miles I clocked this past week... including two 180 mile trips. THANK YOU LUCAS!!!

I own a VW TDI Wagon. Engine Light was on and I was told I needed to replace the Diesel particulate filter for the low cost of only $2,300. Thankfully I did some research and found your product so I figured spend less than $20 what is there to lose. I filled up and went on a road trip. The light went off an on for a while however around mile 150 the light went off and has not come back on. Also the car at stops would experience a hesitation when stepping on the gas. I absolutely swear by Lucas Oil. I used it in my 1986 Toyota pickup every time I changed the oil. When I bought the truck it was already in horrible condition and it ran terrible. I am a firm believer that it extended the life of my truck that was on it's last leg. I now own a Kia Soul and I have used Lucas every single oil change. I change the oil between 4,000-5,000 miles and the oil is always clean and thick even after that many miles. I speak very high of Lucas and recommend to everyone. It's a wonderful product! I'm definitely beyond impressed.
