I drive a ’04 Trailblazer 4.2 with 175,000 miles. I change oil religiously with 6 qts Mobil 1 full synthetic and a qt of full synthetic additive (Lucas Pure Synthetic Oil Stabilizer). The ticking noise drastically reduced and runs great. I use many Lucas products from trans to power steering to Complete Fuel Treatment. I don’t use anything else. Love your products.
