Leak Gone, The Stuff Is Amazing
My 2011 Mini Cooper S developed an oil leak at 80K. Took it to the shop. It was a seal on a hose coming from the engine block. In order to replace they’d have to remove the front Drive and a bunch of other components just to get to the seal (nothings easy or a quick fix on a Mini. Nothing!) $1600.00. I went home removed 1/2 quart of oil, replaced with Lucas Oil Stop Leak. Drove to work and back next day around 40 miles total. Leak gone. It’s now got 85K and no leak. The stuff is amazing. Going to put some in my F250 Powerstroke w/250K on the next oil change. The stuff is amazing.
This stuff is amazing. Will be adding a quart with every oil change.
I’ve got a 2005 GMC Savannah with almost 300k. Started using alot of oil. Needed a liter every 500km. The oil pressure would drop so low at idle that the light came on. 3 min after adding a bottle of this Engine Magic you call Stop Leak and my oil pressure is right back to where it should be. This stuff is amazing. Will be adding a quart with every oil change.
And To My Surprise, It Has Worked.
I personally just purchased a 2000 Toyota Camry with a significant oil leak when running. I used the stop leak Lucas engineered and to my surprise, it has worked for now. I’m hopeful that it’s a long term remedy and in the future I’ll be treating my engine with this every oil change considering the car is running after 270k!
Picked up a bottle of Lucas Stop Leak…and the problem was solved!
My Kubota Tractor had a Transmission Seal that began to leak. Within a few months it began leaking badly. Contacted Kubota Service Department and was told $1,000.00 to split tractor and replace seal. Picked up a bottle of Lucas Stop Leak…….and the problem was solved! Thank You Lucas!
I am amazed! This product works!!
First of all, I don’t typically writes reviews or testimonials, but I can’t keep this to myself. Background: 2005 Chevy Suburban 1500 (8cyl, Vortec 5.3). 235k miles. A horse! Rear main seal leak for about this last 12-18 months. Recently developed a front seal (crankshaft) leak that was making a mess under the hood (oil spray) and stinking up the garage (oil burning off hot block). I’m thinking its time to replace the front seal, harmonic, etc. My mechanic recommended giving LUCAS ENGINE OIL STOP LEAK a try. So I did. Drained the oil, changed the filter, and filled her up with 5 qts synthetic + 1 qt LUCAS ENGINE OIL STOP LEAK. I figured it might slow the leak, especially with the weather getting colder. Well … Day 2 and NOT A DROP. Zero. Zip. Zilch. The leaks – both front and rear – have stopped. Not to mention, the engine feels better than it was for awhile. I had some occasional valve-lifter tapping. Gone. She purrs on idle and has improved acceleration. I am amazed! I guess I need to wait and see how long the good news lasts, but for the time being … This product works!! Try it before you spend a few hundred bucks or half your day. Rock on!
I noticed a difference almost instantly.
Last month I purchased a used Ford Explorer off a friend who was moving. I did my own regular routine maintenance fixing this, replacing that. Well being an older vehicle I decide to use your Engine Oil Stop leak for the first time ever in the crankcase. Now I was expecting a slight difference or improvement but instead I noticed a difference almost instantly. The way the vehicle turned over and then idled. I wouldn’t have called the vehicle noisy in the first place but I had to double check to see if the vehicle was actually on and the oil pressure gauge to my excitement slowly started to climb. I have always used your products in the past and will continue to do so Canada loves Lucas!
One treatment with a quart of Lucas Stop Leak and has eliminated about 90% of fouling…
My sweet running 1996 Roadmaster with 230,000 miles on the odometer had started fouling spark plugs due to warn valve stem seals….one treatment with a quart of Lucas Stop Leak and has eliminated about 90% of fouling after running motor 1400 miles….I’m very happy with this product and will use it at every oil change from now on!…..It’s a lot cheaper and better than repairs or changing plugs every 1000 miles or so.
I am now a devoted Lucas fan. Thanks for saving me $$$$$!
I have a 2004 Monte Carlo Supercharged SS with 138,000kms which I just took in for an oil change. Upon completion, I was shocked to see the report: Oil pan gasket leak, Rear main seal, Both valve covers, Oil pan drain plug, Front cover gasket and Front crank seal. So while engine shopping I learned about this Lucas Oil product [Engine Oil Stop Leak]. I decided to try two bottles to try evaluate any improvements as $24 Cdn is much less than an engine. Three days later, after one quart of Lucas and miraculously my engine has healed it’s weary self and performs like new! Not a drop of leakage! I am now a devoted Lucas fan. Thanks for saving me $$$$$ ! Cheers from Canada!
I added Lucas Oil Stop Leak about a month ago and what a difference!
I have a 2004 chevy cavalier with 304,000 miles which is my work car. I usually have to add 1 quart of oil every 2 weeks. I commute 80 miles a day back and forth to work. I added Lucas Oil Stop Leak about a month ago and what a difference! I have only needed to add a half of a quart oil since adding that. I will continue to use the Engine Oil Stop Leak with every oil change from now on!! AWESOME PRODUCTS!!! Tested, proven, and effective!!
