Santa Pod, United Kingdom (26th June, 2019) –

Despite qualifying for the eliminations in 16th position on day one, the conditions really suited Brad on day two and after the elimination rounds were over, he had moved into 11th place. After pulling three lights in a row, Brad was into the semi-final. Despite the faster start by Bob Doyle, Brad took the tie on his 7.67 dial-in time and ran home in 7.70 seconds.

In the final, Brad faced Dave Fulton who had something to prove. He was lying 2nd to Brad in the overall points standings. It was a tense start as they both left the line with similar reaction times – but Brad was just a fraction late.

Although the race lasted less than 8 seconds, Brad still had time to focus. He did and he took the title with a 7.68 time on a 7.67 dial.

Great racing guys. Fine result Brad. That healthy 500 points lead will be a great help in the bid to retain the Championship.
