British Drift Racing Championship Announces Partnership With Lucas Oil

The British Drifting Championship (BDC) has confirmed Lucas Oil as the exclusive oil and additives brand for the new 2020 season.

“BDC’s professionalism has helped drift racing to become one of the UK’s fastest growing motorsports in terms of both participation and support. We anticipate a strong and fruitful working relationship,” says Dan Morgan, Director of Sales & Operations for Lucas Oil Products in the UK, EU and RU.

As part of the agreement, the Lucas Oil brand will have a strong presence in terms of trackside media advertising, posters, flyers, videos and podcasts, as well as coverage on social media.

“We intend to put the Lucas Oil Racer Discount Club (LORDC) at the centre of our event promotion and support plans. It’s an ideal platform,” he adds.

LORDC is a programme designed to support grassroots-level racers and motorsports enthusiasts by providing them with access to discounted rates on Lucas Oil products, as well as other motor racing products from some carefully selected retail partners.

The first round of the new season gets under way at the Three Sisters Circuit, Wigan, from 27-29th March.
